Our daily business is bread. We take pride in hand mixing and hand kneading our breads and in offering our products for sale in 14 local stores and many restaurants. At The Petersham Bread Company, we use only the finest grains and flours to handcraft loaf after loaf of the freshest locally-baked breads possible. We package and deliver wholesale to 14 stores including Quabbin Woods Restaurant and The Country Store, both in Petersham. You are assured of the freshest bread, practically made to your order. Every loaf is made and kneaded by hand. We do not use additives or preservatives in the bread we make here, at The Petersham Bread Co.
